Ease of cleaning is a major advantage for any undermount sink. Because the bowl is under the counter, there is no lip to form an obstruction.  This allows you to swipe food particles directly off the counter and into the sink. Another advantage is that the two bowls allow you to do more than one task at once. These sinks are designed for multi-tasking, as either side can be used for prep or drying.
