| 1. Identify parts:
A. 25” or 36” channels (2 per set) B. Mounting Clips (4 per set) C. Adjusting Bolts-2” (8 per set) D. Square Nuts (8 per set) E. Bolt Caps-plastic (8 per set) F. Wood Screws (8 per set) 2. After determining how the rails will be used, Front-to Back or Left-to Right, measure the inside length of the cabinet. 3. Undermount Rails are to be 3/8” less than the dimension determined in step B above. 4. Assemble Square Nuts onto Adjusting Bolts two turns, slide the nut into the recessed opening of bar. Move bolt assembly into desired locations along rail. 5. Determine exact location rails are to be installed. When determining location, care must be taken to assure contact between the bolts and the underside of the sink flange. Now using the location of the rails, determine location of mounting clips. Mark hole locations of clips on cabinet wall/frame. Drill starter holes as marked. NOTE: Depending on fabrication of countertop, top of mounting clip may need to be notched into top of cabinet. 6. Fasten mounting clips to cabinet using wood screws and starter holes. 7. Lower rail onto mounting clip arms. Either arm may be used (depends upon thickness of flange). 8. Slip Bolt Caps onto the ends of the Bolts. 9. Carefully lower the sink onto the rails. 10. Apply caulk to sink flange. Use adjustment bolts to raise and level the sink flush with the underside of countertop. |
